BURNOUT

What it is: a high-intensity, total body workout that incorporates circuit-style strength training with cardio intervals.

All Levels: while challenging, all exercises can be modified or advanced depending on your fitness level, and all exercises are taken at the student's own pace.

What You Need: towel, yoga mat, water + clean athletic shoes.

This class is challenging, but all exercises can be modified and taken at your own pace.


CANDLELIGHT YOGA + SLOWFLOW YOGA

What it is: a slower-paced, less heated Power Yoga class that allows you to both challenge your body and chill out your mind.

All Levels: This is a great class for beginners, as the yoga sequence is practiced at a slower pace than a typical Power Yoga class.

What You Need: water, towel + yoga mat.

This is a great class for beginners.

CANDLELIGHT RESTORE

What it is: a relaxing class using props that allow you to release into deep restorative postures, helping you to unwind and soothe the nervous system.

All Levels: This is a great class for beginners.

What You Need: water, towel + yoga mat. Props are provided.

This is a great class for beginners.


DANCE FHIITNESS

What it is: a cardio dance-inspired, beat-driven interval training class. You'll learn a general vocabulary of cardio dance steps, followed by a routine that creatively strings these steps together. Class will be punctuated with a variety of bodyweight + light weight/high rep toning intervals, with intentional moments of stillness and breath. Choreography changes at the start of each month, but drop ins are always welcome, any time. No dance experience is necessary!

All Levels: no dance experience necessary (we promise). Every move can be modified depending on your fitness level.

What You Need: water, towel, yoga mat + clean athletic shoes (no dark soles, please!).

This is a great class for beginners – no dance experience is needed!


HIP POP YOGA pop-up class

What it is: a music-driven Power Yoga class that incorporates small muscle-toning movements into each flow (no weights and no high impact movements). It's what we believe to be the perfect class: 80% yoga for flexibility + muscle lengthening, 20% strength for challenge + muscle toning. 

All Levels: some yoga experience encouraged, but not required. 

What You Need: water, towel + yoga mat.

This class moves at a moderate to fast pace.


HOT YOGA

What it is: a very heated class structured around the 26 classic postures Hot Yoga has come to be known for.

All Levels: some yoga experience encouraged, but not required. Please note this class is very hot; if you’ve never practiced in a hot room before, we recommend taking Power Yoga or HotYasa first.

What You Need: lots of water, towel + yoga mat.


HOTYASA

What it is: a very heated class that fuses together a flowing Vinyasa-style (Power Yoga) class with classic Hot Yoga postures. The combination of breath-to-movement flow with specific postures that are held for longer periods of time allows you to deeply open and stretch your entire body.

All Levels: some yoga experience encouraged, but not required. This is a great class for beginners if you don't mind the heat - all postures can be modified or advanced.

What You Need: lots of water, towel + yoga mat.

This class is beginner friendly, but it is very hot – if you’ve never practiced in a hot room before, we recommend taking Power Yoga or Candlelight Yoga first.


POWER YOGA

What it is: a heated, Vinyasa-style yoga class that matches breath with movement.

All Levels: some yoga experience encouraged, but not required.

What You Need: water, towel + yoga mat.

This class moves at a moderate to fast pace.


YOGA CIRCHIIT

What it is: a class you'll only find at ONX + Amelia and ONX. It's yoga sculpt with a twist: a heated yoga warm-up followed by circuit-style upper + lower body strength and cardio work built upon the familiar yoga postures of Sun B. Music-driven core work and stretching round out the hour.

All Levels: no yoga experience needed. Please note that class is slightly heated, and while intense, all postures and exercises can be modified or advanced.

What You Need: water, towel + yoga mat.

This class is challenging, but all exercises can be modified and taken at your own pace.


YOGA SCULPT

What it is: a sweaty, music-driven, total body cardio + strength workout that combines yoga postures and free weights.

All Levels: no yoga experience needed. Please note that class is heated, and while intense, all postures and exercises can be modified or advanced.

What You Need: water, towel + yoga mat.

This class is challenging, but all exercises can be modified and taken at your own pace.


YINYASA pop-up class

What it is: a short, Vinyasa-style integration + flow will warm major muscles in the body to prepare for a longer period of quiet, meditative stretching.

All Levels: some yoga experience encouraged, but not required.

What You Need: water, towel + yoga mat.

This is a great class for beginners.
