What it is: Somatic Breathwork is a journey inward of coming home to yourself. A modality designed to liberate you from the stress, old patterning, and emotion that lie unprocessed in your body. When you release the energetic weight of this pressure, you're able to experience clarity of mind, connection to purpose, and embody new states of vitality.
This is a 90 minute group session. The session includes intention setting, 40 minutes of breath work, and deep relaxation through a sound bath with crystal bowls and integration.

What it is: A cardio dance-inspired, beat-driven interval training class. You'll learn a general vocabulary of cardio dance steps, followed by a routine that creatively strings these steps together. Class will be punctuated with a variety of bodyweight + light weight/high rep toning intervals, with intentional moments of stillness and breath. Choreography changes at the start of each month, but drop ins are always welcome, any time. No dance experience is necessary!
