What it is: a high-intensity, total body strength and cardio workout. Each class is programed by our experienced instructors, making each workout unique and challenging. We use a combination of plyo boxes, pull-up bars, ab mats, dumb bells, slam balls, torpedos and more at our Northeast studio location.
