Pop-up: Burnout - '25s with Sophie (Northeast)

What it is: a high-intensity, total body strength and cardio workout. Each class is programed by our experienced instructors, making each workout unique and challenging. We use a combination of plyo boxes, pull-up bars, ab mats, dumb bells, slam balls, torpedos and more at our Northeast studio location. Class will be themed on 25 reps and 25 second efforts to ring in 2025.
