What it is: This creative take on a HIIT class is meant to leave you feeling lighter in mind, body and spirit. Curated to a dynamic playlist, this beat-driven class combines cardio intervals, strength training, pilates, somatic movement, and intentional breathing in a way that guides you into your body so you can meet yourself where you are that day. You can expect to be challenged both physically and mentally, while also having full permission to take it at a pace that works for you. All levels are welcome. This class was created by Emily Mara, founder of Empower by E.M., who owns the rights to this class and the methods being taught.
