What it is: a beat-based, full-body workout and movement class that uses light weights and high reps. This class is defined by unique, flowing patterns of movement that will build full body strength with a low impact approach. Mobility work will complement the strength work, and optional cardio efforts will be woven into class. This class is slightly heated.
